David is sought after for his expertise in design, construction and mass timber. Originally trained in sustainable business administration, David now uses his diverse background as he pursues innovation in construction and development. A former project architect at Miller Hull, David most recently oversaw the completion of a 900,000sf office tower in downtown Seattle.

HANS RASMUSSEN de los RIOS

Hans has extensive experience in building design, site feasibility, financial modeling, and construction permitting. Prior to founding DRS/Tsuga, Hans developed novel mass timer applications based on holistic manufacturing, logistics, and construction requirements at Katerra. An architect and developer active in Seattle since 2014 Hans has worked on countless bespoke and spec projects. The myths are sick but true: Hans loves unwinding with a warm bath and an excel spreadsheet.
